Feb 22 2010 - Chris "Fergy" Ferguson and Doug Sanders 'Live' at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gastonia March 9th - You are Invited!

GASTONIA, NC ‘Red Clay Tuesday’ will broadcast it's second weekly show Tuesday night March 9th live from Buffalo Wild Wings in Gastonia, NC. The weeks show will focus on the 10th Annual Skylark Trull Memorial that will be held at Carolina Speedway on Saturday night March 13th.  WGNC 1450 AM will broadcast the live show with host Joe Sellers from 6-7 PM.

            Two Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series hot shoes, Chris Ferguson and Doug Sanders will have their cars on display and will share their thoughts on the upcoming event at Carolina Speedway.  Fan participation will be welcomed as guests will be given the opportunity to ask the on-air personalities questions. Also on hand will be a dirt late model simulator. Guests will have the opportunity to try their hand behind the wheel.

            “The show was great last Tuesday and we had some great fans show up to support us,” said Carolina Speedway‘s Mark Gibbons. “Buffalo Wild Wings is an awesome facility for this show."

The Skyler Trull Memorial schedule is as follows; Friday night will see qualifying and heat races for the NDRA GM Performance Late Models along with heats for the Open Wheel Modifieds. The Pure Stock Fours and the ‘wild and wooly’ Renegade’s will do battle in heat race and main event action. The Carolina Clash Super Late Models will have an open practice session. Pit gates will open at 4 pm with grandstand gates opening at 5 pm. Racing will begin at 8 pm.
On Saturday night the Carolina Clash Super Late Models will qualify, heat race and compete in the 40 lap Skyler Trull Memorial. The NDRA GM Performance LMs will run a 25 lap main event and the Open Wheel Modifieds will do battle in their own 20 lapper. Also on the card for Saturday night will be the inaugural run for the Thunder (crate) Sportsman with a $500 to win main event. Pit gates will open at 4 pm with grandstand gates opening at 4:30 pm. Racing will start at 7:00 pm. Two day pit and grandstand passes will be available.
